We come to you on-site, at your yard, lot, warehouse, or job site, so vehicles never leave your control and drivers don't lose route time. This is exactly how we service our recurring Spectrum fleet account: we work around technician schedules, detailing vans between routes rather than pulling them out of service.
What's included in a fleet detail versus a single-vehicle detail?
Fleet accounts get a standardized package applied consistently across every vehicle: exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe-down, and window cleaning, plus a recurring schedule so your brand always looks presentable to customers. Single-vehicle Basic/Platinum tiers (see our mobile detailing pricing) are built for one-off personal vehicles instead.
How many vehicles do you need to qualify for fleet rates?
Two or more vehicles on the same account qualify for custom fleet pricing. Our current recurring client runs several heavy equipment trucks at roughly $130 per vehicle per month. Your rate depends on vehicle size, condition, and how often you want service.
Can you set a recurring weekly or monthly detailing schedule for our business?
Yes. Recurring fleet contracts are our specialty, not the exception. We build a set schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) around your operation so vehicles stay client-ready without anyone having to remember to book.
Do you carry insurance and work directly with facilities or fleet managers?
Yes, we coordinate directly with fleet managers or site contacts to schedule access and set recurring terms. Ask us for proof of insurance when you request your fleet quote.
